Per Conrad van den Heever's employment contract with Yellow Hive (Pty) Ltd (effective 01 February 2026).

How the 50/50 split works
Commission 1 — Upfront

Paid when month 1 retainer clears

Paid at end of month 4 (min. term met)
Example: Net profit R19,000 × 35% = R6,650 total → Com. 1: R3,325 upfront · Com. 2: R3,325 at month 4
A 50% clawback on Com. 1 applies if the retainer is cancelled within 4 months.
